2.0s Alhambra starts but no lights heater

I hav a really strange fault on my 52 plate 2.0s Alhambra. Intermittently I go to use the car, it starts first kick but there is no blower heater, rear heater, wipers of headlights. All I get is the engine running, side lights, dash lights, rear brakes and internal lights. The problem is intermittent but agrevated by the cold. Can anyone help?

Have you had a look at the relays and connectors behind the fuse box below the steering wheel on the right?
