Just had my head gasket/radiator/water pump/cam belt all changed and now another problem!!!
when the car is cold it pumps out white smoke!!!
after 5 miles it goes away!!!
why is this???? any clues

are you sure its smoke not seam? if your headgasket went maybe theres still water in the exhaust. but saying that it should have dried out by now if there was
if your head gasket went engine oil will be sitting in your exhaust system.
it should eventually burn off. give it a good hard run to clear it all out.
