I bought a 3 month old Passat in October.
Took it back later that month as the overhead compartment for sun glasses does not close. Also more importanly I need a new steering rack.
A week later I had to go back to have to glasses hold replaced, after waiting an hour and half they tell me that the new part is also broken.
Another two months have gone by still no steering rack or glasses holder and my car does not feel safe to drive anymore as when I do a 3 point turn and steer quickly the wheel is stiff and turns a bit like a second hand on a clock.
I have just tried to call VW and once again they are too busy to take my call and I'm waiting for them to call me.
I want to write a letter (not email) to a higher department but don't know how to get the info.
Can anyone help me?
