Steering stalk Part number request

Hi All,

I am considering installing the Active Lane Assist as a retrofit, as the only hardware modification required is a change to the steering stalk module/switch unit, along with some coding.

As there are so many different versions, I think the best option would be as follows:

Does anyone have a 2017 onwards Q5/SQ5 with a heated steering wheel and ACC with the Active Lane Assist function as standard, and has a VCDS scan of module 16, as this would have the part number in the scan?
