Part Number for EGR Cooler/Module (complete), Audi A6 3.0 BiTDi 2015

Unfortunately I have to have the EGR cooler/valve replaced on my Audi A6 3.0 BiTDi 2015 (note this is the rare BiTDi). It's an unpleasant job, I know, so I'm leaving it to an Audi specialist do. I'm not fussed about buying the OEM part at £1k (!), so looking at reputable after-market ones. But, I'm having trouble trying to find the correct part number.

The parts websites I go on suggest 059131515FQ or similar (but then they don't specify BiTDi in the fitment). Chat GPT suggests 059131515DP or similar (ending Dx). I believe the part is different to the single turbo 3.0 TDi.

Does anyone know which I need please ? The engine code is CVUA and it's a 2015 model.

The new revised version is 059 131 515 FR and £970.80 plus a clip 059 145 245 J at £5.52. There appears to be nothing available on the aftermarket, certain Dark companies suggest they can get them but honest ones say not.

Ah thankyou for taking the time to look for me. Yes I had noticed alot of companies saying all the after-market ones were out of stock, but then other websites saying they were in stock. So I was a bit suspicious of that. Thanks again

Hi again, I've been trying to source one of these as I really can't afford the £1,000 plus the labour at the moment. Do you know if 059131515FS would also fit ? It sounds like it would but I shouldn't assume. I physically checked mine on my engine (I could just see it) and it is the FK.

SIDAT and MEAT both seem to be reputable brands, and I believe SIDAT often make the OEMs anyway. If it fitted I'd go for it I think.

Actually I just asked ChatGPT and it suggested it's not the same and are likely to have diff bolt holes. I'll keep looking for an FK or FR....
