Q7/Q8 50 TDI 2019-UK Model-Latest ECU Software

Dear members, I own a Q8 (the Q8 forum seems too quiet) so I post here as it's the same engine. It suffers the much publicised lag or power delay. Owing to some Euro emission mandates wherein peak torque lags until a sudden surge at 2250 rpm. Instead of the current 1750 rpm.
This car came in from UK. I understand that Audi UK updated their ECU (engine) software sometime in early 2020 to lower the peak torque rpm. Makes it more drivable.
Q1. Can any Q7/Q8 50 TDI (or even 45 TDI) owner be so kind to check their software version, esp after that update. So I can guide my local Audi mechanic to download it for updating. I guess only VCDS or OBD users can find it. I attach my current Engine and Trans version for your comments.
Q2. Was there any good improvement after that update ? I will also add a DTE Pedalbox to negate any lag in accelerator pedal signals. Any guidance is appreciated.
Thanks to all here.
