2015 Euro6 SQ5 ACC Issue with Gear changes

Hi, i have a 65 Plate SQ5 BiTDi, 114k when i brought it a month or so ago it seemed to stutter on gear changes to 3rd, it appeared to be on its stock transmission file which i believe was 003 so it had the transmission Module flashed and its now on 006 and this solved the gear change issue in normal driving. to it has drive select and changes gears absolutely fine, however when i use ACC its changing up and down up and down up and down sometimes down 2 then back up 2, and so on. It has had the gearbox serviced summer last year.
Is there any reason the Gears should not select properly in Adaptive cruise control? There are no recorded fault's
i dont have the scan on this laptop i can add it later tonight.

There are conflicting notes on the system about that software on that box, how was the 006 update carried out, ODIS? A new box for that car isn't even listed which is confusing, I think it needs to go on ODIS for Guided Fault Finding and Software Version Management.

Yes it was a flash file uploaded to the TM via ODIS, i was able to connect myself and use the software management but all the rules to access have changed, as i have no account i used to purchase 60 minutes access, as i dont get the high volume to warrant an Odis subscription.

It still is €10 per hour, that hasn't changed. Are you registered with ODIS and have a VAS 1554? The flash file system was dropped recently and it is now a direct download

Hi Crasher, i had a VAS5054 which im told is no longer any use for online, it is genuine, i now have a VNCI6154A, which i have used a few times, i am not registered with ODIS i always brought time via online services normally £25 a hour till they all vanished late last year.
Do i need a Genuine 6154A to register?

I have seen a few other ACC scans on SQ5’s and it appeared my coding was different, i have saved a copy of what my long coding was and changed it to match another SQ5 and so far the gears are behaving.
I dont generally like to play when there is no info in the long coding, but it seems to be ok so far.
