Will this air intake fit the BiTdi

Hi All

Was wondering if somebody could help
For the 313bhp CGQB engine, can you tell me if the following Intake system would fit?

To flow more air the filter structure has to be more open structure which does not filter debris no where near as well .

Darkside cut a hole in the box and fit a cover off the RS6 airbox i think.
