Aircon panel - Instrument cluster problems

My aircon panel is dead. The instrument cluster shows wildly inaccurate temp, with an oil sensor warning. Fuse 15 (10amp) serves both items but is fine, fuse changed anyway with contact cleaner added.

The comfort module is fine but sprayed contact cleaner anyway.

Every now and then when I start the car the aircon panel lights up and the instrument cluster is fine then it goes back to how it was after a few seconds.

Is there a relay that might be causing this problem?
