Front N.S window regulator replacement guide???

I've had a scrawl through the forum, Google, YouTube but can't find anything suitable enough.

Does anyone have a link to show me how to replace the front nearside window regulator.

I've already got the door card, speakers and trim off. I've had to prop the glass up with some wood and have the replacement regulator being delivered with a bag full of replacement panel clips but can't find any decent (any at all) tutorials or guides beyond removing the door cards.
