As above really-just picked car up and it was ok.
Got home and was getting it all set up and now I can get any sound from audio as the volume seems stuck on phone volume.
Worse is that the main screen will not power off so it will sit there draining the battery.
Done a factory reset but still the same
Any ideas?

Have you tried a hard reset??? (Holding down the infotainment power button)
That’s certainly worth trying, and happily it’s a soft reset - ie you keep all your settings, satnav and radio favourites and paired phones and you won’t have to redo the primary user routine. A hard reset is done in the System Menu by pressing Reset to Factory Settings - all your settings will be lost.
Thanks guys-I ended up disconnecting the battery as was not aware of the reset technique.
Luckily the car came back ok.
Still a few bugs around such as Carplay blanking out yesterday but the system reset seemed to clear that.
Looks like the car has s/w 1664 so perhaps a future update will sort a few things out (whilst bringing a few more in no doubt)
