Mk4 1.6 APF engine trottle body on AKL engine head.

Hello guys I have decided to change different engine from my 1.6 APF engine to AKL 1.6, but the big question is about AKL 1.6 cylinder head. I have notice that on my APF engine I have electronic trottle body and on AKL are mechanic with wire. And I have question about APF engine trottle body one hose what is going inside in back of cylinder head position 24 in this link:

Is it just possible I put something front of this hole in trottle body when I install it on my new AKL engine or this hose is very important for cooling trottle body on APF engine.
