Hi all,
I recently got an Audi A7 3.0TFSI (2013) and was wondering if I should get warranty as I hear that gearbox related issues can be expensive if they go wrong.
Would you get warranty, or do you have warranty on your car?
Cheers

Any part of the drive train has the potential to be expensive. Regarding the transmission, service every 38K. I get all oils changed on S-Tronic, not just the mechatronic side. Also a good idea to get the diff. oil done at the same time. Any warranty is piece of mind but if you do have an issue, don't bother with the dealers. Take it to a reputable transmission specialist. Cheaper, and they'll not quote you loads of zeros .
