No Dash, Parking brake stuck and no electrics on drivers door

Good Evening Guys

Ive had an issue which started last night when the heavy rain started, car drove perfectly fine until i pulled up onto my driveway when everything went haywire, the dash started bleeping and saying electric handbrake fault, subsequently the dash went completely dead and the handbrake button started to flash, i took the key out and the needles on the dash started to flicker quite quickly, I restarted the car again no dash, the car started perfectly but will not move due to the handbrake being stuck on! The electrics in the driver side door are completely dead, no window movement or anything, i have done VCDS scan please see below

Has anyone got any ideas at all as the window is stuck down and its raining quite badly ��

I have check the fuses in the boot and also on the drivers side of the dash, all in tacked.
