Drivers Memory seat not working

I’ve recently bought this car and it had a flat battery, they gave me a new battery and I fitted it, no problem there.

I noticed on the test drive and ever since that the drivers door memory settings aren’t working, the on/off lights up fine but the set or the numbers don’t light up.

I’ve moved the seat through it’s range of movements and that hasn’t improved anything.

In the MMI the setting for seats is greyed out also.

The car has keyless entry and sadly only the one key.

I scanned the car using Carista and got the following codes

02126

Can anyone shed shed any light or solutions on this situation please?
