I use the MyAudi app to send destinations to my sat nav. Since the updated app came out upon selecting the online destination the sat nav says ‘the destination can’t be completed, input in manually’. The chosen destination is obviously getting to the sat nav but for whatever reason the system isn’t recognising it. Anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

You're doing everything correct.
Since the launch of the Myaudi app this has not worked.
I found the 'old' apps worked fine.
MMI conect app allowed internet radio which Myaudi does not.
You could also send destinations from google maps to the car in the old app.
I think its gonna take sometime for Audi to get the new app working correctly m

I've just successfully done a send to car from Google Maps on a PC, also from the MyAudi App (via the app itslef and shared through MMI Connect). I'll check in my car later what comes up in my under Online Destinations.

Just to summarise. I've just checked in my car and all 3 destinations that I had added earlier were there under Online Destinations and I chose each in turn to navigate with.
1. Destnation from Google Maps, Send to Car from a PC
2. 'Send' from the MyAudi App from an Android phone
3. 'Share' from the MyAudi App to MMI Connect App (which I didn't think would work as MMI Connect doesn't do anything any more).

Mine appear in my online account in the MMI, it’s just the system can’t find then when I press go with the rotary knob.
