Is there supposed to be sound proofing? Cars. Late 2014 facelift model and there is no sound proofing on the underside of the bonnet? Can anyone confirm if this or normal or not? Thanks

We're talking sound proofing , not shielding !
I meant the black stuff stuck to the underside of the bonnet. Not sure if it’s sound proofing or shielding.
