So you were aware and didn't act to engineer out the inevitable ?
When all he had to do was add a healthy slug of two stroke and delete all his emission control equipment. That'll learn him.

I know it was always a possibility, after finding out this possible issue Audi said my engine serial was around when they started modding the pumps.
I rolled the dice. Quick turning off of the engine typically mitigates major damage.

Audi seriously lied to you and there are no oem 100mm PD oil pump drives only some later CR got them .
Cool you switched off immediately , what was the driving situation prior ?
Not too bad then , worse is high demand motorway .
Turbo is first to suffer , recon you'll be OK .
Just need KMB Parts , Kit 9 .
