Hello all, I’ve got a vw golf mk6 2011 2.0 tdi match It had front and rear parking sensors from factory but after i damaged the front bumper i replaced it with one without parking sensors. Now the rear parking sensors don’t work and just bleep when activated. On vagcom it shows a fault for front parking sensors, but i was wondering can front parking sensors be disabled?
I’ve been in the park assist module and i can’t see nothing in the coding section about disabling front parking sensors
It must be possible as people are retrofitting parking sensors to their cars
Does the park assist control module need replacing?
If so does anyone know the part number for just rear sensors and also where this control module is located as i can’t find anything on it
Any help would be appreciated
