Changing anti roll bar bushes on 2003 Allroad

Hi All

just tested my Allroad and it has passed again:cool:

i had an advisory on front anti roll bar bushes , are these difficult to replace ?
Also I noticed the rear ones don't look to good but weren't advised but if not to difficult I would change at same time.

Powerflex do a huge range, the fronts are easy, the rear less so
