VCDS - DORSET - Radio coding help

Hi,

Is there anyone Dorset area with VCDS that could assist with radio coding. I have a RNS 315 radio which has the ability to recieve digital radio broadcasts but needs to be activated through VCDS i believe.
I've had it priced by VW - £140 ish and an independent of £100 but would much rather make a donation to someone locally for their time, plus I'd actually like to see how the software works.

Any help, or even if i'm wrong with this assumption of how to make it work would be greatfully recieved.
