A4. How d'you replace a wing mirror ?

A4 / 1.8SE / X-reg

My N/S wing mirror got vandalised last W/E and I need to replace it. Not sure how to get the broken one off. :confused:

Can someone get me started? Do I have to take the inside of the door off?
