1.4 TFSI engine annoying noise

Anyone with the 1.4 TFSI B9 experiencing a continuos low noise, similar to a broken stuttering fan, from under the dash? Comes when pressing down the gas pedal, disappears somewhat when release the pedal again. A little bit higher at cold starts, but does not disappear when engine gets warm. Youtube video link #1. Youtube video link #2. It´s a bit difficult to hear it in the video (due to other cupe sound), but much more present in real. This is really annoying!

Have Aux heater? The long unsupported tubes from Aux circ valve to heater core vibrate at cold start, in wiper well. My car had metal hose clamp rubbing body sheet - hoses just tied together w zip tie.
As well as other small tubes vibrate under plastic engine noise cover.
