Need help with bad cold start, loss of power

Hello, having this trouble for about 2 months ~ My bora 1.9 110kw has lost alot of its power, has some issues after night starting it stalls almost dying, very unusual engine sounds after cold start, Engine work is very loud , so after 2 months it first time threw a code it was Vehicle speed sensor G28, i cleared it up and it did not show anymore , this happened 3 days ago. Should i start by changing crankshaft sensor ? P.S Cruise control is not working too thinking this can be related. Tanks for any replies :)
