Audi A4 B6 1.9TDI Turbo/Power Issues (NEED YOU HELP!)

Just signed up today so pretty new!

Frist this is the car I have Audi A4 B6 1.9TDI 130Hp (PD130 AWX)

Right now the problem. I have been having Turbo problems recently first it started with loss of power and the turbo cutting out and the car going into 'Limp Mode'. Scanned the car and saw the code 'Charge Air cooler'. I did some research and some sensors which could be related to the problem. So I replaced the N75 Valve Boost control solenoid and the Boost pressure senor (One in the Intercooler Pipe). The problem didn't go away. So I replaced the Turbo actuator. While I was going that I saw that the Oil feed to the turbo had snapped so I got a replaced part and fitted it. After all this work had be carried out. I took the car for a test drive. There still was lack of power didn't feel right. And the car cut out on me once so after that I didn't want too push to see of the 'limp mode' problem had been solved. So instead I scanned the car with Vagcom again 2 codes where present the one saying 'Charge Air cooler' and one related to the 'Map Senor' I am going to replace the map sensor in the week see if that makes to difference to my power issues (Probably wont) The car still drives but there is a lack of power and also a loud wining sound coming from the turbo when I accreted thinking could be the bearings in the turbo. So guys I need you help I have replaced the sensors I can think which could be related to this problem and still no joy. The car is on 170,000 Miles almost so maybe replaceing the turbo could solve everything I just don't know! :(

Mass Air Flow meter

When you start engine all lights should go out. You drive car and when the turbo is about to cut in, the car loses power and goes into limp mode.

Switching engine off and restarting will cure limp mode until the turbo is about to cut in

Just drive car on low revs , say below 2,500 rpms until you can fix car.

Check all the inter cooler pipe work for Leaks or damage was the fault code you had saying anything else like positive/negative deviation
if the oil pipe was snapped you would have had oil all over the turbo most likely you need a new/recon turbo fitted
