Looks like Rieger RS4 style lower spoilers ...anyway, a good looking motor !
mate has same kit on his 3.0 quattro a4. 02 plate. thought it was the dtm kit audi fitted back then.

Its the Votex kit which was a factory fit option on the B6 Sport model. Quite expensive so not as common as the S-Line kit has become now, look the danglies but then im biased as my 3.0 Quattro Sport has the Votex kit :-)

If this is the Votex kit, how much does it cost? Does it go 'over' the existing one for a B6 53 Reg? The bumper grill dosen't seem to be chrome which I think would go nicely with a silver car!
Does the rear bumper have exhaust ports? Mine is a twin exhaust on the left side only. How does the votex kit fit over the exhaust?
Is the kit primed or painted?
Finally(!), is the honeycomb mesh plastic or metal? I think it looks nicer WITHOUT the side skirts and spoiler!

the aprons fit over the bumpers
my tdi has left rear exits under the bumper. Cant see anythin from the back.
If you dont have the skirts, th front and back may just look too low with nothing to make it symmetrical
