Map update available according to MMI, can't find it on myaudi.com

Hi,

Just wondered if anyone else had had the same today? My MMI flashed up this morning that a map update was available. Only having 1GB allowance, I waited until I got home and was going to update via myaudi.com.
When I sign into myaudi.com, nothing is showing under the connect services. My car is a july FL 2015 A6 C7. Is anyone else experiencing the same?

Sorry, can't answer this question, but hope you don't mind me asking a related question......:D

I also have limited data allowance, but since it is clearly simpler to download this update, does anyone know roughly how much allowance this would use? Would then avoid having to find it on myaudi.com!

it depends on what you want. If you go all of Europe it's about 11gb from memory.

It's not there to download. It was a couple of weeks ago. I haven't had the update notification though.

Out interest, which map version do you have? mine's 2015/2016. it may not need the latest update yet.

I updated mine last week with the 2015/16 update via sdcard and today it came up with the message the map update available.
Mine is always online with a sim in the dash but I don't fancy it downloading the update if it's gonna be 11gb. Don't think I'm in the car long enough for it to finish.

OMG - 11Gb just for an update...?? That will take me all day, given the pathetic speed of my home broadband....

I had the same message appear yesterday evening, 2016 map available.

I'm sure the full EU one I downloaded last time from the website was somewhere around the 14GB mark.

If you are just wanting UK maps then it will be a lot smaller.

Not even going to attempt to do it with the SIM in the car, as the 3GB allowance won't go very far, and the out of bundle pricing is silly...

Does anyone have the update in myaudi, to download?

I can see them on the MMI only.

No, it seems the map update widget has gone from MyAudi. I updated mine a couple of weeks ago because of a roundabout that had appeared in reality that wasn't on the map - still wasn't there on the update....
