Q3 2013 clock spring ETKA part number
Hi! I got myself a brand new flatt bottom S-line steering wheel from Q3 2013 and have a plan to mount it to my A4 B8. Airbag and MF wiring loom is different on Q3 than A4 B8 so I have to find somewhere a new steering wheel processor (clock spring) and fit it to my car. I need BC and turn signal stalks also but the clock spring is a priority.
Re: Q3 2013 clock spring ETKA part number
Have you done your research on this? Do you even know if the Q3 one fits the B8 since its a completely different chassis?
Post a pic of your new steering wheel.

Yes one of my friends who is car electrician told me that I have to get that because if I keep the old one and change the wires and main harness MF buttons wont work
Re: Q3 2013 clock spring ETKA part number

And the year of the car?? If it's not the facelift most if not all of the buttons won't work.

I saw the part number on wiring loom it is 8U0 971 589 C, but there is no part number on the wheel. I also found that this wiring loom fit to A1, A3 and Q3 so maybe the steering wheel is from A3?

My A4 B8 8K is year 2008.

Your buttons won't work. You need a steering wheel with the MODE button instead of the two arrows.

What should I do now? Sell it and get new one?
