Golf Mk5 2004 2 Door RHD, How to Remove, Repair, Replace driver side electric Window

Hello,
I have had since new my 2Dr 2004 TDi 1.9 SE and just about coming up to 90k miles.
For the past year or so the driver side window had made a noise when going up.
Yesterday it got about half way a jammed, the motor overload triggered and it went down.
Did his a couple of times then I managed to pull it up past the half way point and it carried onto the top and stopped OK.
So I guess the window mechanism is on its way out, so how to I remove, repair or replace it please?
