Safety action 47L8 - Brake Servo hose

Anybody else out here got a letter from Audi re some 3 litre cars, manufactured within certain period, having issue with the brake Servo hose? Basic message being need to take car in for hose replacement to avoid risk of small amount of engine oil entering brake Servo. Letter arrived today. Fortunately she's booked in for service in 2 weeks time so they'll do it then. Should add they say purely precautionary.

had booked my 62 plate in for a service last month and they said there was a recall note to do the above change. Never received a letter though and suspect it was only done as I had booked in for a standard service.

Sounds about right. When I got the letter and rang dealer they told me it had already been automatically picked up when I booked the car in for a service. Mine's a 12 plate.
