Friend popped round with VCDS cable and we added a few features mentioned in the VCDS Changes thread such as mirror dipping, parking display and hidden menu.
Did a post changes scan and discovered this fault.

Re: Help to understand fault code.
It's from early 2013, did he clear and rescan?
Re: Help to understand fault code.
Hi Chris and thanks for moving the thread to the correct section.
Yes he cleared the fault but it came straight back again.
Re: Help to understand fault code.
Rosstech don't list it as far as I can see although searching for the fault code on google brought this up AudiEnthusiasts Please Check Software Version Management
Re: Help to understand fault code.
Looks like it may have been when my DAB was retrofitted by the main Dealer (part of the deal when I bought it).

03276 is stored after an update has been performed but it hasn't been documented in the factory servers yet.
It has no functional result, only acts as a note. Once the server knows, it stores a value in an adp channel which clears the code.
Just more crap from VAG! Can we all say together - we hate SVM?
Re: Help to understand fault code.
Thanks Bruce, it;s nice to know that it's nothing to be concerned about
