Audi a6 central locking problem

Hi, im new to this forum, and i have problem with my 97 audi a6, i have been googling but didnt find anyone that would have same problem with central locking like i do, basically what happed was that i got audi very cheap and now need to rebuild the car, previous owner had fitted aftermarket alarm as the fog key was lost, so i removed that aftermarket alarm and reconnect the cables that were cut.
i changed ecu, cluster and locks, from donar car as it has 3keys, the car starts no problem, but when i tried to program the fog key i noticed that central locking doesnt work manually from driver doors, but it work fine with the lock button on the driver doors, so have no idea what moght be wrong, because it works when i press the button inside and doesnt work when i try to lock the car from outside manually
can someone help me ob this problem ?? Please
