Torque Figures for the Brakes Please

I'm going to replace the discs on the front of my GTI if I confirm (as expected) that one of the is a little warped. I might end up doing the rears as well while the car is in the air. Can someone please tell me all the torque figures, front and back, for the calipers and anything else relevant, including the dreaded spline bolt? It's a 2007 Mk 5 GTI.

p.s. Are all the bolts re-usable, or do any of them need to be replaced?

p.p.s. My brake codes are 1KY and 1LL, which I think means 312 x 25mm front and 286 x 12mm rear. But I've done a rough measure of the front with a tape measure while on the car and they look to be sub-300mm. Am I missing something?
