Vcds

I've decided to buy the VCDS and will be able to cover the area around Carlisle where there seems to be a dearth of people on the VCDS map. I am buying from Ross-Tech. Do I have to order from the States or can I order from their associate (if they have one ) this side of the pond? They are(obviously ) quoting a price in dollars ($349) with extra for postage($54). I just wondered if it was available in this country?
Hope the above are not silly questions. Sometimes it's beneficial to ask others what they did.
Any info would be welcome.

Order from their uk suppliers or you'll be stung with import duty and vat if you order from the states.
