Audi A2 Tdi 2001 Fault Codes HELP!!!

Could anybody shed a bit of light on what these fault codes mean:

18062 - 163
KWP1281
Please check DTC
Memory of instrument
Cluster : P1654

17948 - 163
KWP1281
Signal: Signal too
High : P1540

00812 - 163
KWP12081
Brake Pressure Release Solenoid
(F84)
Static - No define

I have noticed the coolanr temp gauge will only reach 80 degrees when engine have been ran.

I also understand that the abs light comes on when driving through standing water.

Any ideas would be very much appreciated,
