Recommended second wheels for 2011 a4 black ed s line

Hello everyone,

I would like a second set of wheels for some long distance alps driving for my s line black ed a4 170.

the current wheels are the 19" diamond cut ones which are lovely but impractical for snow/winter/mountain driving - what would a good substitute be? 17" are cheap but would they fit ok?

as you can tell I'm rather new to this, so any help much appreciated.

I think Audi do a winter tyre and wheel package for about £1200. you might get a discount from your dealer. Word of warning though -buy early. Last year they sold out very quickly after the end of oct. I bought some last year and as very pleased with them.
