Replacement climate Control headunits for a3/s3

Alrite everyone,

Im new to all this but am looking to buy an 02 - 03 plate s3 but some i have seen have worn buttons on the head units for the climate control is there anyway to replace these units with new / reconditioned units or will i just have to put up with it? also the dial for the headlights is also another problem i have found. Your help in this will be much appreciated as i have trawled through th tinternet for ages looking.
