Concert stereo Aux diy 2005 A4

Have made up a diy aux loom for my avant this evening but when connecting to the stereo was wondering if I had to code using vag.com or if it should just recognize the aux device when connected.

I connected it all up and held the cd button down before turning on but all it done was say NO CDC is this due to me not having an aux device connected ?
Really need to get a aux jack lead but thought if ask these questions first

you need to enable it with vcds ;)

module 56, coding, +1 to the second digit

Ok bugger then my next question will be is there anyone in the bucks area or near Milton keynes that has the vcds ?

Right many thanks to towcestervag for poping by today and coding the car to accept a CDC but have got home and attempted to connect the aux loom and have still got the no CDC displayed when trying to select it

Is there an extra cable I need to connect to?
I'm connecting to cd-r / cd-l / s-gnd

Am I missing something here ?
