Please help ! 3rd timing belt shreded in 4 weeks ! 1.9tdi ( afn )

hello everyone was wonderng if anyone had a similar problem, i've replaced timing belt last summer done about 6.000 mile trip around europe and noticed that the belt has started wearing on the outer edge ! so i've replaced it again this time only the belt done about 1000 miles before it happened again so i've replaced it again now last friday my missus was driving home from work when engine stalled turned out that belt has grinded out so much it jumped teeth on injection pump pulley ( lucky no damage to the engine ) first time i've used gates belt + ina tensioners, second + third just some aftermarket timing belts ? any ideas what is causing the wear, as when the new belt installed there are no signs of belt pulling to the sides, another thing i've mentioned on last failure that injection pump is so stiff that i could barely spin the thing with both of my hands clockwise ? but still works fine ? here are some photos Attachment 15329Attachment 15331Attachment 15330

seen this a few times check that the front bearing on the pump is not worn otherwise the unexpainable cause is that the pump pulley is not in line with the camshaft pulley,to rectify the fault you will need to place a washer between the pump and the pump housing,with the engine running check that the belt does not rub on the edge of the tensioner,to see if you have found the right thickness of the washer,
