Never seen a Clutch/Flywheel Failure like this!

I have never seen anything like this before!!! :1zhelp:

What on earth would cause something like this? Reckon he tried to launch from some high RPM? :confused: Even then.. look at the hole in the bonnet.. :1zhelp:
