VAG COM help. Liverpool area

Hello Peeps

Can anyone with a VAG COM (or indeed the correct bit of kit for the job) program my 2004 Avant so it beeps when the alarm is armed.

I have the coding details from this forum but my local independent said they could not do it with their programmer! I will of course pay if necessary. I am in Widnes, Cheshire.
