I have just been quoted the Audi price for the front lower suspension arms (ball joints in mine are getting a little too worn..), £110 each for the front lowers, and £82 each for the rear lowers. :(
Anyone had any problems with the much cheaper aftermarket arms, as found on ebay for example? (or any recommendations of other sources?)
I use Febi and have had no problems plus the ones GSF sell seem OK to.
Hi, i also have been recommended febi arms i think they are linked to bilstein. I paid £125 all in for 4 top febi arms, gen audi are well over twice that. I did buy a lower rear arm off e.bay (click a motor part) it looks ok,but beware of cheap ones,at the end of the day they keep your car on the road! but i think i would go for febi every time. Try www.vwspares.co.uk, excellent service and quick,cheap post and packing,mine came the next day.Regards.
