Sound deadening material part number for spare wheel well

does anyone know of a part number for the three strips of sound deadening material that covers the metal parts of the spare wheel well?

My existing ones had started to disintegrate and were damp so I ripped them off, but can't find a replacement in ETKA, does anyone know what this stuff is and a part number, it looks like recycled fabric with an adhesive on the back, around 1 cm thick?

You have to make it up from a length of 1J0 867 809 which is a 500-mm x 490-mm sheet of 15-mm thick felt which costs £8.94.
