hi all i am having a stainless exhaust fitted to my 53 reg tdi on thursday and was thinking about doing a de cat at same time but was told that a new law is coming in next year that it will fail mot without the cat . does anyone know if this is true cos i thought diesel cars didnt need a cat anyway
