Re: 2.0TFSI SE Lack of power
The Diaphram in the Recirculation valve on the turbo was perforated on my car and i lost nearly all boost. Changed it and it was like a diffrent car. A bit tight but easy to change.

Re: 2.0TFSI SE Lack of power
would the recirculation valve not throw a fault code or ecu light. I get nothing...
Re: 2.0TFSI SE Lack of power
I got the car scanned and it didnt show any faults. At the time of mine going, the latest revision of this valve was "D" should be about 50 quid from the dealers. While you are there, get your Coil Packs checked to see if they need changing. There is a Product enhancement campain to change these to the latest revision free of charge

Thanks for the info, can I ask how many miles your car has done, I can't believe that at 32k I need to change something and here was me thinking the BUL engine is solid, or is the engine solid but everything attached to it kind of crap.... :-)

Interesting, my PCV seems to hiss when I open the oil cap after I switch the car off. The revision on the PCV sensor is C so I guess this might be a culprit, not to mention that there appears to be oil residue over the rocker cover, I assumed some *** spilt oil over it when topping up. I recorded a short trip with my VCDS, unsure if the values are correct or not, does anyone know what kind of mbar values I should be seeing in my turbo>
