Looking to buy a red Mk4. 2002. In the past I had a red R reg Polo. All panels were slightly different shades of red & it had to be waxed too often to keep its shine. Has the paint improved? Does it stay shiny? & all the same shade?
Many thanks

Red is the worst colour to have as far as fading goes, unless it is lacquered which prevents oxidation. T-Cut and a good bit of wax-on wax-off action is the way to restore the colour and shine.
