A4B8 bluetooth

Hi guys,having a problem with the bluetooth in my A4 B8,it was working and now is not,cant figure it.It isn't even looking for a phone,it is the Audi concert stereo with the phone cradle in the armrest,but i've always used the bluetooth connection.The voice activation button on the steering wheel doesn't react either.My local dealer wants 100 euro just to run a diagnostic on it,any help would be great.i checked the fuse in the boot and it ok!!!:mad:

first off, have you done any firmware updates on your phone? If you have you should think about running it again and doing a restore rather than just an upgrade. (hope this makes sense?)

After that, have you tried the phone out of the cradle with the bluetooth switched on. What does the say about connecting to the car kit?

Just my two pence worth of ideas.
