Bluetooth kit for 2005 A3

I have a 2005 A3 (2.0 TFSI Sport Quattro) and I would love to put a decent bluetooth phone kit into it. It has a basic single slot CD concert stereo and it does not have a multi-function steering wheel.

Any advice as I am lost. I have heard that the Parrot system is supposed to be good - but any other options?

Would it be better to replace the entire stereo with a fully integrated kit (it would be nice to get an ipod interface as well).

Any ideas - also anyone recommend a fitter near Belfast?
