Yes,
There shouldn't be any issues with the EGR valve (045.131.501.C).
Likewise, for the AGR and manual transmission ALH (not automatic ALH) 90 BHP TDI engines, the AJM/AUY 115 BHP intake manifolds would also fit (038.129.713.J).
So to summarise, cross check your engine code and there shouldn't be any issues providing you have a manual transmission.

thanks alot mate will check the codes do you think it would make a diffrence on my 90bhp golf and thanks again
As a straight performance enhancement, NO, you will not see any power improvement, since (as mentioned) the parts are equivalent.
However, if your
- EGR valve is sticking and not closing properly
- Intake manifold is significantly clogged with soot/carbon/"gunk"
Then in these cases airflow will be restricted (engine breathing difficulty), so indirectly performance will suffer. Installing a properly functioning EGR valve and a "clean" intake manifold may help.
You can check for engine breathing issues such as the above, either using measuring blocks in VAGCOM/VCDS software or by disconnecting the boost hose from the EGR and ensuring the EGR valve is closed when the engine is off, or applying a strong vaccuum to the EGR valve to verify functionality.
