sharon 06 diesel radiator fan
Hi,
Have just had the head gasket on my sharon changed as oil and water were mixing and was told to get gasket changed, though engine was not overhearing.Have now noticed that the radiator fan is on constantly since the gasket was changed and that the water in the radiator bottle is still laced with some oil and have been told thst this will reqire a total system flush several times to totally remove oil.
Any thoughts as to why the fan is on constantly?? please help as it`s doing my head in
Re: sharon 06 diesel radiator fan
To start with,it is very seldom a leaking head gasket is the cause of oil in the coolant, this is usually caused by the oil cooler, however time will tell. There are a few things to cause the fan running continually, but you should start by having a fault code read
